The Junk Funkies have been providing quality entertainment and supporting community events over the last 4 years in the Sacramento, Nevada and Bay Area regions. In 2007 the band debuted their high-energy show and became a regular event at Club Havoc in Arco Arena and local venues in the Sacramento area. Today they continue to dazzle at various nightclubs, private events and television broadcasts in Northern California and Nevada. In 2008 they donated their services at the 30th anniversary WEAVE fundraiser and were featured in the 2nd Anniversary Issue of Sactown magazine. This same year they performed at the Fred Biletnekoff Foundation Gala fundraiser in San Ramon, CA. In 2009 they consistently electrified Northern California, playing over 30 private and public performances, including providing holiday entertainment on a KQCA morning broadcast. 2010 and 2011 have seen the Junk Funkies reach new heights, adding new venues, wedding clients and television performances to their repertoire, while retaining the fan-base that has helped them come this far.
